I managed various large projects such as renovations and upgrades as well as managing guard services for overnight and extended projects, tracking updating and reporting of progress, issues and completion of said projects Prior to being a Retail Asset Protection Analyst I was also a uniformed security officer assigned to the Sprint account. In this roll I worked as a foot patrol officer, building officer,mobile patrol officer, concierge, flex officer, dispatch operator, access control specialist and supervisor. My duties included responding to fire emergencies, medical emergencies, elevator entrapment, suspicious persons, packages and vehicles. As a supervisor I oversaw anywhere from 8-18 officers depending on which shift I worked at the time. I was responsible for scheduling, payroll, personnel inspections as well as other duties as assigned. I worked closely with my management team as well as the client to ensure needs were met in a timely manner. Show less
