In 2009, I worked with the Print Room Manager and Nordic Star Business Manager to set up the laser engraving machine for Nordic Star’s cattle ear tags service and created process documents to support this. My day-to-day role involved cattle tag laser engraving, printing milk production reports as part of the NMR service for farmers, and providing internal and external printing as required.
