I feel fortunate to get to meet so many students and teachers each year, all of whom share a common interest in communicating with ease and helping others do the same. As MD, I am responsible for the administrative and educational aspects of our business. I enjoy finding strategies and efficiencies that can help us deliver an even greater impact over the coming years as well as chatting regularly with experienced teachers and curriculum experts, all of whom help ensure that our training materials are always on the cutting-edge of communication skills pedagogy.
