      My work involves supporting schools of concern. I currently run the Wiltshire Improving Schools Programme (WISP) for RI schools and manage a team of Wiltshire Improvement Advisers (WIAs) who support these schools. I also work intensively with schools in serious weakness and special measures. I support the induction of new headteachers into the county and lead whole school evaluations based on the Ofsted criteria. I was previously a primary headteacher for 13 years and all of my schools had specialist learning facilities for statemented pupils included into the mainstream school. Show less
