  I have 27 years of Process Operations experience. I handle day to day operational issues, head up unit LEAN Team, order/schedule raw materials via SAP, work to organize shutdown work within SAP, supervise a contract operator crew who offload raw materials via truck and Railcar, as well as load final product railcars, highly involved in Hydrogen Cyanide Safety, including Railcar loading and shipping, line breaking, worked to develop (2) electronic work permitting systems for the plant, develop presentations, including a professional rescue videos for the HCN Safety Conference. I'm on the board of directors for the HCN Industry Safety Conference. I've worked for years developing plantwide LO/TO, Hot Work, and Confined Space procedures.
