I have a proven track record in meeting tight program deadlines and budgets while exceeding quality standards . I have gained practical experience in order to manage change during projects by re-programming to maintain completion dates. Projects undertaken include large retail developments, which included shop fit outs. Also with this role includes the review of design and specification with the design team and reviewing design to ensure it meets building regulations. I have also learnt the importance of contractual obligations both as a client and a contractor. Alongside this role comes extensive external training, so I have extensive knowledge of construction health and safety laws and procedures. This position has also given me great skills to maintain healthy relationships with all stakeholders throughout a project.
