Working on The Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino, I assisted the Project Manager and Sr. PM in all facets of Contract management in order to provide excellent construction on a complex long term project. The project required constant attention to scheduling, budgeting, material procurement, production tracking, inspections, change orders, problem solving as well as internal job costs, client savings, networking and maintaining positive relationships.
