  I was to provide a safe and clean environment for staff, students and visitors. My duties included cleaning of an office area and restrooms. Inspections of night workers cleaning areas. Minor projects in building, rebuild or replace plumbing parts, minor drywall repair, yearly paint projects, ordering supplies, change filters grease and oil motors, replace ballasts, outlets, managed building alarms and responded to afterhours emergencies. Quarterly custodial projects Wax floors cleaned carpets refinished gym floors. Assembled furniture and moved equipment and offices. Upkeep of all custodial equipment and repaired and rebuilding of all custodial equipment. Outside of building work drove district vehicles mowed lawns, edged, repaired sprinklers painted stripes and maintained appearance of campus. I also kept and documented all the above work with regular schedules. Show less
