Within 6 months became the “dedicated designer” for the largest clients ID&C has, including Live Nation, Wimbledon, Silverstone, Keith Prowse, Lords and S.J.M to name a few.Emerged as organisation’s ‘knowledge bank’ for all things Creative Cloud, happily supporting team members to better their understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to improve company productivity and efficiency. Also responsible for the training and mentoring of new staff within the team. Championed and spearheaded the development of the company brand identity by redesigning all sample products to ensure a consistent message is communicated to its audience. Fronted the development and updating of the brand guidelines - something which had previously been neglected.Instrumental in the development of 5 new product lines and the procedures required to produce print ready artwork for these new products. These new procedures have helped reduce print errors from 10% to less than 1% on average for new products. Created bespoke designs for individual clients through a person-centred approach, ensuring each vision was converted into striking and memorable designs. Through this was able to reduce the turnaround time for larger festivals by up 50%.

Successfully became the designer assigned with the implementation of book covers for the largest orders. Utilised strong knowledge and skill with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to become a trusted company designer. Spearheaded and developed a new system for how amendments are requested by customers and then implemented by staff. Budgetary restraints meant a dedicated service to achieve this was not feasible, so instead devised and created a system using PDF comments. Through completing all the tasks for the apprenticeship was able to successfully increase the average number of books designed and implemented by up to 75%.
