During my tenure as VP of Operations at Minnesota Diversified Industries, Jim was the principle architect in bringing Lean training to more than 250 of our employees and staff through a grant from the State of Minnesota. Our staff, which was made up almost entirely of individuals with disabilities and disadvantages, was a huge success with improvements in productivity of 20 - 50% plus the development of a new "can do" culture and spirit of pride.
