  I was responsible for managing and overseeing the development of a range of projects, from early concepts, to production and post-production operations.I owned FMEA documents for each project, capturing functional requirements, target specifications, failure modes, causes and effects, which I then communicated with all stakeholders – be they managers, engineers, legal or commercial parties.I was involved in design development, from early 2D sketches and general layouts, to 3D CAD models and prototypes – specifically, design for tooled parts and gears.I have designed and commissioned automated test rigs, using National Instruments DAQ & LabVIEW, data logging capabilities for integrated prototypes and dynamic system response rigs. I have a sound knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and implement this when designing experiments (DoE) and analysing results.
