  I never like leaving all of my eggs in one basket: Thus, I started the company as a side business in 1994. Since I had a heavy background in IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineering, I began setting up client companies with computer systems that could be used to measure their efficiency.Eventually I began working with companies who had limited knowledge of efficiency and began serving as both an IT & Efficiency consultant to bring them up to speed. I decided to incorporate my company in 2001. As more powerful computers became the norm, I was able to focus entirely on Operations Research consulting. I was also able to produce a 12-part video lecture series "The Envoy of Efficiency" and launched the www.envoyofefficiency.info website.
