      Responsible for the procurement and negotiations of major contractors from infrastructure to site services, structures and all technical suppliers as well as the on-site management of the contractors, and management of the production budget. A compulsory fully inclusive event for employees meant having to co-ordinate the arrival of 6,000 people from 20+ countries. The event included company seminars in five purpose-built structures followed by two days of traditional English Festival. Recreation and entertainment were also key features of the event so as well as producing large areas for relaxation, a huge sports field and a lake with water sports, acts included Lorde, Bastille, Steve Angello and Alesso were booked.

      Programming and curating Lounge on the Farm's musical offering, utilising a deep knowledge of what appealed to all ages and an ear for varying genres of music. I built a great relationship maintained to this day with some of the biggest agents in the industry, from some of the most forward-thinking companies. Working alongside other like minded proffessionals programming the event form 2012-14 led to securing some of the formative and earliest festival slots for artists like Tom Odell, Jake Bugg, Bastille and The XX, as well as headline artists such as Rudimental, Example, Chic, Ellie Goulding, Jessie Ware, Emeli Sande and The Vaccines.
