  In 2008, I was given the distinct pleasure of developing a brand new AFJROTC program at Sandra Day O’Connor High School. As the Department Head and senior instructor, I produced multiple academic and physical training curricula to meet program goals and objectives and applied analytical methods to manage a $50K annual budget. Besides supervising and mentoring over 160 cadets, I ensured two instructors met district and headquarter requirements. As an organization, we proudly established relationships and contributed over 2500 volunteer service hours annually to the community. I oversaw the development of a $12M Military Construction project on the U.S. Army post, Fort Bliss, which was completed on time, on budget. During my career, I’ve served as the senior Air Force liaison to top executives, managed an $18M cross-cutting analytic studies program for the nation’s highest military staff, prioritized the dispersal of $4M for analytical initiatives and facilitated numerous executive-level conferences.
