I've been working with James for almost 2 years now. As a Product Owner he set the foundation to transition to an agile environment with teams that were not used to it. He has been organizing and overseeing all SCRUM ceremonies ever since. As a Business Analyst he kept the teams informed about the different projects roadmaps & priorities as well as communicating efficiently with the different stakeholders. He is very dedicated and doesn't hesitate to work outside business hours to get the work done. I would definitely recommend James to any employer and I'm very happy to work with him everyday.

Still completing my IT degree, I was very fortunate to have James as my work mentor. James gave me the opportunity to apply theory to practice, and overall allowed me to grow as a Graduate. Through his empowering nature, James helped me to expand my skill-set, build new skills, and guided me to where I am now. He has a great deal of patience dealing with any issue or question, large or small and truly recognised what I had to offer. I thank James for where I am today, for his care and guidance, no small amount of assistance goes unnoticed. Thank you!
