Reviewing and reevaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of established policies and procedures. • Managing the relationship with outside servicing, collections and recovery firms; monitoring their performance to minimize losses and maximize recoveries while ensuring that they are performing services in accordance with servicing agreements and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as other applicable federal and state lending regulations.
