Reviewing the membership’s Fair Processing Notices to ensure data filed to the database is done so with a sound legal basis with any areas of concern explained with a tone adapted for the specific situation. Communicate with all stakeholders in a collaborative informative, empathetic manner to ensure the facts are clearly articulated and the communication style is adapted dependent on the situation. Ability to communicate to consumers in a manner that shows empathy to their particular situation whilst accurately reflecting Cifas policy. Recommending process improvements, identify areas of inefficiency and react accordingly. Contributing to projects and product development through providing subject matter expertise and/or producing agreed outputs. Review and request appropriate management information to identify patterns and anomalies in data. The sole point of contact within the Compliance function for the Participating Agencies and Direct Agencies to ensure the account authorisations process is being adhered to and that the membership can obtain Cifas data through their channels efficiently whilst maintaining strong relationships with all contacts involved.
