James reached out to me shortly after I'd been laid off due to a work slowdown caused by the Covid virus. We discussed my career goals, my past experiences, and it did not take long for him to pitch me an opening with a company that looked like it would be an excellent match based on my experience and what I wanted in a new employer. At every step of the way he made himself available to answer questions or provide information I wanted to be prepared for the interview process. When the in-person interview went a little rougher than I expected, his focus was on what to do going forward, being ready to develop a plan in case it was needed. We didn't need the backup plan, because I was offered the position I wanted with that employer, but it was a relief to know that we had it if needed. James also doesn't just help place a person in a position, he follows up to make sure that one is getting settled in well and is happy in the new position. It's been an absolute pleasure working with him, and if I find myself looking for a new position, I'll be contacting him again.
