I worked with James at Blue Origin on deploying ISO27001 Cyber Security requirements to internal software systems that support the Human Landing System project collaboration between Blue Origin, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Draper. This project was a prerequisite to the 2024 NASA mission to return humans to the moon. James was an exceptional project leader and introduced many new management concepts to ensure delivery. One of these concepts was a Risk Assessment Identification log that identified potential risks, classified them and created a cadence to mitigate risks. I would recommend working with James to cross organizational projects as he tends to be the glue between teams.
