  I was a corp member and my responsibilities at federal inland revenue service was to register files, taken the registered files to the various units/department, receiving of incoming mails, assisting the taxpayers in checking their files as a result, letting them know whether their compliance level is up to date. I also assessed the web portal for payment search and confirmation of taxpayers' claimed of payment, going out for tax monitoring and compliance level, filing of returns and dispatching of mails to taxpayers when necessary.
