  The Patrick Morgan Foundation provides careers-based learning and real-world working opportunities for disadvantaged young people, with the aim to give all young people the opportunity to fulfill their potential, irrespective of their socio-economic background. The Foundation aims to close the unemployment gap, and diversity issues faced by businesses, at a grassroots level, by equipping young people with the tools to combat the structural obstacles in their path. Currently, the Foundation has seven partner schools, in which typically 30% of pupils receive pupil premium funding. Schools have access to a free digital platform which offers a wealth of education tools for students to learn about CV writing, interview skills, starting a business as well as an introduction to a variety of career paths.
