  Patient First went bust in February 2010. This means I have now worked on just about every angle of going bust. I have worked for IPs, worked in the bank, and done the legals. I have now been at the sharp end as a director of a company in trouble. The turnaround we were effecting could not happen quickly enough and sufficiently to avoid an insolvency procedure. We organised a very good pre-pack administration and again saved 120 jobs and kept the business going.
