I hired James as a salesperson at Baker Electric when I was the Sales Manager and subsequently the Director of Sales and Marketing. It was clear to me that James had an honest and genuine desire to help others as well as the drive to find good customers. I have never seen anyone generate as many opportunities as James and he always asked for help and feedback along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to work with James again, as I know he knows not just how to prospect, but also how to make customers/partners feel like they're really being taken care of.
