Completed server and software upgrades at facilities in Akron, OH, Dallas, TX, and the Gem Tower in New York City, NY, on schedule and under budget. 2019-2022 • Program Manager for Nationwide Mutual Insurance to convert all main offices to Genetec nationally, 2019-2022 • Program Manager for Meijer Grocery Stores project. I developed a relationship with the client responsible for hiring Prime Communications for all curbside pickup and people-counting projects for all 250 stores in six states. 2020-2022 • Program Manager for The United States Postal Service. Started talks with the Salesperson in late August 2021, won the bid to deploy 10-20 cameras and cabling to 76 sites across the US and completed 49 of the installs the USPS asked Prime to install in late October 2021.
