I manage between 15 to 140 people seasonally in the construction and maintenance industry. 50% of the time I review plans and specifications for construction projects and manage the on-site construction of 12 crews. I have over 25 years experience in construction project management. I schedule over 12, 3 to 4 men crews and over 40 pieces of construction equipment and manage all operations for the company. Types of projects include : field layout for landscaping, sitework, roads and driveways, reinforced concrete, drainage, sidewalks, earthwork, most all civil and horizontal work, some vertical construction to include high end homes and commercial. 50% of the time I spend on company wide management duties to include: development of company policies and procedures, annual budgets, purchasing, estimating, design and development of construction projects with prospective clients, problem solving both with employees and with clients,invoices, change orders, design, permits. We are currently working on expansion of the company into new markets and more commercial construction.
