  My final year project in Mechanical Engineering was undertaken at Ennio International to design and build a machine to assist in meat processing. A prototype machine of my final design was built and the company, with my direction, is currently turning this into a final design to send to customers.

  I was an Engineering Co-operative student working in the General Assembly Plant in the quality department. My duties included monitoring, assessing and recommending solutions to improve the quality of the product ("First Time Right"). I presented my findings weekly to the Plant General Manager and the Executive Director of Manufacturing. This process contributed to significant improvements in "First Time Right" quality resulting is less rework and down time.
