November 2016 – Present- Constructed a training network with full domain services that was utilized as the backbone for communication training for 1100+ Marines at 24 remote sites.- Provided advanced technical support, troubleshooting expertise and complex problem resolution for Windows client and server operating systems.- Advised and assisted lower echelon System Administrators at 14 remote sites with all matters pertaining to policy, compliance and troubleshooting.- Led and educated a team of 8 Marines on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of cyber network systems.- Automated account creations, modifications and mailbox creations through the construction of PowerShell scripts on Exchange servers.- Advised senior Staff officers on all matters pertaining to personnel development, personnel utilization, operational readiness and equipment employment.
