I was primarily responsible for managing the accounting within the group treasury function. This role was established when I commenced with the group in January 2017. I was responsible for establishing processes and controls for the accounting of the treasury function for the team. I have worked closely with the head office in Paris, treasury, audit, tax, and accounting teams from different regions of the world. Key Responsibilities include: • Day to day management accounting for the global group treasury function. • Preparation of Statutory Accounts and manage audit process. • Review and sign off of month end reporting balance sheet packs. • Preparation of rolling forecasts, followed by analysis of discrepancies with actual results. • Monitoring FX exposures and risk. • Oversight of investigation of inter-company loan balance variances. • Design interface processes for from Treasury Management System. • Successful implementation of POBO/COBO payment system for the UK agencies. • Treasury Management System system upgrade
