  I was a network engineer at ITC Global and fulfilled many varied roles.   I took vendor .msi or legacy .exe installers and create standardised .msi packages suitable for deployment over corporate networks through platforms such as SCCM or Altiris. ZettaServe has a comprehensive set of standards in addition to Microsoft's Internal Consistency Error checks which ensure clean install, uninstall and client specific customisation where required. All installs were configured to be silent by default. I am responsible for packaging applications according to standards and testing other packer's work to ensure conformance to standards and application performance (as per the vendor install). During my time as a packager I was seconded to other teams and clients. I was involved in the coordination and execution of Windows 7 rollouts at RAC and the Department of Commerce, PKI infrastructure refresh at RAC, general desktop support duties at the Department of Housing, and assisting in preparing a Windows 8 SOE at Bankwest.
