James is a remarkable individual, full of energy and new ideas and I’m glad to know him. Having met about a year ago in Kuala Lumpur, he surprised me at our first meeting by being very insightful about the Malaysian market. I was particularly inspired by his thoughts on how to coach and build successful leaders together with his innovative approach to transforming organisations.
