As a Call Center Manager I placed emphasis on building a team that wants to come to work each day and succeed. This was to combat the high turnover rate that naturally come with any call center and build that morale that is needed to hit KPI's. Part of my role at that time was creating and implementing scripts and training manuals to aid our current and new employees in hitting their goals successfully.
