  'Empower a Child' is a large and well established Christian charity working with children in Uganda and Kenya. It sponsors children's education, food and medical well-being and currently has over 300 children on its programme. 'Empower A Child' sends over 100 missionaries to Uganda and Kenya every year to provide aid to children with real needs and difficulties. Empower A Child has offices in London, San Diego USA and Auckland NZ and is a registered charity in the UK and USA. My job is to oversee all communications between the UK and Africa mission and volunteer teams and to oversee the work and performance of all personnel involved in team procedures, taking place in and originating from the United Kingdom - new sponsor enquiries - maintenance of existing sponsors - fundraising and media awareness - strategy and future growth.
