James is one of the best advertising directors I've ever had. For the last 5 months that we have been working together at Austere he has been a fantastic mentor, teaching me all the ins and outs of his paid social strategies and his deep understanding of marketing. One of the most important lessons from James that impacted me as a media buyer was the concept that the best way to market a product is by understanding and addressing the core customer solutions, desires, and needs that a product solves, rather than only focusing on the features and benefits of a product. Moreover, the media buying strategies that James taught me to scale Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads Campaigns have been extremely effective in reaching our CAC goals and increasing ROAS, and I still use these strategies to this day. I would strongly recommend James to anyone who is looking to scale their paid social campaigns and improve their marketing efforts for their business.
