James Leone was an integral part in the launch of new products for Xerox Corporation in Webster, Building 209. He worked diligently with peers and product line industrial staff to achieve ship/build schedules and trouble shoot issues. James ensured quality, trained operators and participated in all Business Area Work Group meetings. I hold James and his work ethic in high regard as do all who know him or work with him. It was a pleasure to achieve the successes we did when we worked together and I know anyone who works with him will benefit from his knowledge and expertise.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim for over 6 years at Xerox Corporation. Jim helped bring me up to speed as a Digital Front End MRT Project Manager working in the same group. Jim would always take the time to provide assistance and provide clarity when required. He is extremely thorough and organized. His documentation regarding processes, schedules and roles/responsibilities were invaluable to me as I transitioned into my role. We continued to work together as peers on the Organic Manufacturing Resource Team after Jim had moved into various roles within the group. He’s a hands on person who has very strong technical skills, supply chain aptitude and solid people skills. Jim would be a true asset to future employers.
