  James was Born in Chattanooga Tennessee of Louisiana parents and moved to Metairie as a pre teen. He moved to the North shore of Lake Pontchartrain in November of 1999. Attending University of New Orleans and Delgado Community College he soon found out he liked working with people. Working in hospitality industry for a decade James made the move into the telecommunications industry. Leaving the telecommunications industry he then revisited working with the public as a sales consultant and in residential renovations. He decided to return to telecommunications industry which was challenging and rewarding, but working with people is his true passion.
