  In charge of all Jack Up, Semi Submersible, Tender Barges, Lay Barges, Vessel movements and assignments, Vessel inspections, Route planning, and positioning. I am a qualified and experienced professional, having the appropriate related skills and am appointed to fulfill the role of an approved Likpin Marine Representative and Advisor on board vessels, barges or MODUs engaged in operations at Likpin locations. In the case of any marine operation such as rig moving or anchor handling I assume the role of the Likpin marine authority on any vessel, barge or MODU not owned or managed by Likpin. As such a representative I am charged with the responsibility for overseeing marine operations in addition to monitoring and recording the performance of the contractor’s work being carried out on site.As Marine Representative and Advisor I ensure that all marine activities are carried out in accordance with this Likpin Marine Operations Manual or any other procedure duly approved by Likpin, and to see that the interests of Likpin are neither compromised nor endangered at any time.
