Gained valuable experience in dealing with roommate conflict, problem solving and overall customer service. Handled all accounting and bookkeeping for the property and oversaw all leasing and maintenance activities. Reported to owners and stakeholders regularly regarding NOI, occupancy, and recommendations for marketing. Gained advanced knowledge in Entrata property management software.Oversaw successful refinance of asset and reached full economic occupancy in August 2016.
