I was very fortunate to work with Jim for almost 20 years at Health Net. It was a joy to watch Jim grow at the company as he acquired more HR knowledge and experience and as he created effective working relationships as an HR generalist/business partner. Later, after he was promoted into managerial roles, I considered Jim a trusted colleague and enjoyed assignments that required our collaboration. Jim brings a thoughtful, legally-informed yet practical problem solving approach as he partners with HR and business colleagues. He is trustworthy and applies strong ethical standards to his work. Jim is also just very enjoyable to work with - with a kind sense of humor and fun. Anyone working with Jim is fortunate to have him on the team.
