Main Responsibilities: The role of the Direct Mail Account Manager is to provide timely, accurate, high quality marketing campaigns and services to clients. Primary contact and liaison between sales, creative, data processing, accounting, and production. Supervise the production of the entire mailing and ensure complete accuracy (order entry, artwork proofing, research mailing list criteria, invoicing, and final sign-off) within eight internal departments. Set up Digital and Facebook ads when necessary as well. Work within extremely tight deadlines where multi-tasking is essential with nearly 80-100 jobs per month. Establish and maintain good working relationships with sales team and all internal and external production teams. Build trust and confidence with those involved. Create, communicate and execute campaign deadlines with client to ensure proper delivery of product to meet client expectations. Enter and track all campaigns into business management system. Provide continuous, accurate updates. Consistently exceed client expectations and provide superior customer service. Manage customer relationship and acts as liaison between client and sales representative Maintain an organized system in which all orders (open, closed and in progress) can easily be tracked and researched as needed Completed over 15000+ invitations, self-mailers and postcards.
