I’ve known Jamie for about a year and he has worked closely with me to improve my athletic performance and achieve my personal goals. After a few months of working with Jamie I broke both my feet (amongst other rips and tears) in a parachute accident; he was able to tailor a workout program to literally get me back on my feet. I was walking without crutches within two weeks and I am continuing rehabilitation for a Grade 2 High Ankle Sprain. I was impressed with how thorough Jamie was at getting a full history and reviewing all records of my injury before recommending a rehab program. Jamie is a consummate professional and I’m happy to have someone of his caliber to answer my questions and guide me through the recovery process.
