I initially re-developed the training program back in 2017 propelling the company onto a higher level and since then have updated it continuously for the specific needs of the business which has driven the improvement of all staff within the organisation across the UK and Europe. Alongside delivering and implementing inductions and bespoke training packages I am heavily involved in follow on performance coaching throughout our 4 sites (including our Site in Palma Majorca) which has been pivotal in igniting some of the most successful Sales Consultants and Managers benchmarked across the entire Energy Consultancy Industry.With the shift in working patterns, due to COVID-19, to focus on training delivery has been split between ‘face to face’ classroom training and coaching and remote training utilising both ZOOM and Teams which has been extremely successful over the last 6 months. This includes a 2-week refresher course of over 50 personnel in the North East, who were placed on Furlough, and numerous induction programs for new starters in our Palma office.Although the main role is Training and Coaching, due to my exceptional level of management experience, I am utilised to valuable effect and a third of my time I have covered for varied Management roles across the whole Group across the UK and Europe as and when the business needs dictate. Although not my primary role, I have excelled in my duties with consummate ease and when requested to run the Operation in Palma, Majorca, I drove change management and strategic development programmes, which increased revenue ‘4-fold’ within 2 months. I was also instrumental in the opening of our highly successful Operation in Bury and, part-responsible for the start-up implementation project for the massively triumphant Nationwide Field Sales Operation.
