  In consecutive roles, I direct the strategic management and operational oversight of all specialized departments and units within the BPS. Review and identify ways to streamline processes to ensure resources are utilized efficiently to achieve organizational goals reduce operating costs. Mentor and develop personnel. Engage in the fiscal management and control of BPS finances, equipment, human resources, and contracts. I also manage forensic services in relation to all investigations regarding offences, including murder, sexual assault, robbery, and burglaries, both domestic and abroad. Orchestrate internal audits of fleet management systems and equipment to ensure processes and policies were current. Direct informants and gather and analyze intelligence data. I also build sustainable partnerships with the local community, including churches, sports clubs, parish councils, schools, and businesses, by regularly attending meetings and giving presentations. Cultivate relationships with international partners and media outlets. Some of my key achievements include: • Established evacuation plans for all police stations, ensuring best practices were met. • Adhered to the BPS Strategic Plan and the BPS Annual Plan while developing aims and objects for the unit. • Restructured Recruit Foundation Courses. • Commanded 60% of the BPS in addition to the Bermuda Reserve Police as Senior Superintendent.   In this role, I provided high-quality consultation and strategic advice to the Minister and Permanent Secretary of Ministry of National Security while also facilitating special projects. Prepared cabinet memorandums, briefing documents, and ministerial statements. Appointed to the Health Incident Command Committee during the COVID-19 Pandemic, managing quarantine facilities and overseeing strategy, legislation, and policy development. My key achievement in this position includes: • Directed the Airport Border Opening Project during the COVID-19 Pandemic by partnering with Airport Operations managers, HM Customs, Bermuda Immigration, Bermuda Police Service, Environmental Health, and the airlines to establish a core set of measures and implement strategic health and safety initiatives to safely move passengers and staff through the airport.
