James always made himself available for a chat even though he was Head of Functional Skills, this personable approach made everyone in the team feel valued and that they had a say in next steps. James is excellent at delegation, he has the skills to coach and actively listen to the room and give constructive feedback. It was a pleasure to work with James and I'm sure that wherever he goes, he will be an asset to the company.
