Monitoring completition of programs by the Restorative Nursing Assistants. Provide monthly and quarterly summaries of the residents progress toward their goals. Monitor and track all incidents reports that occured in the facility and implement interventions to help prevent further occurences by the residents. Assigning and delegating programs to a staff of 3 Restorative Nursing Assistants. Developing appropriate care plans for the restorative residents as well as ongoing monitoring and updating as required. Imputing all required data in POINT CLICK CARE as well CARETRACKER. Conduct on going educational in-services for STNA's and LPN's as needed.
