While employed at General Mills I was exposed to different fields of engineering including systems, project, design and continuous improvement based work as well as safety management. A highlight of my time at General mills was the Installation of steam sparges for improved pasta quality control. This allowed the machine to run faster by around 30% hence decreasing the time required to meet production volumes.
