He’s turned up with limited use of the language and managed to get started very quickly, getting 80% of the work done we have scoped for 2 interns (1 dropped out). James integrated well into the team, including running our engineering processes for a week and delivering an extra piece of work that made execution of a project FAT much smoother, where we had little knowledge and he picked it up. He has been a completed self-starter and takes the initiative to ask for help and find out about everyone and their background as well. He’s someone I’d offer to join our team tomorrow if I could."
