In collaboration with BBSI business units, the Risk Management Consultants provide adept consultative support on human capital and risk management issues to a broad array of clients. Our primary focus is to maximize the business owner’s investment in human capital through the establishment and sustainment of proactive risk management best practices. We partner with clients to mentor and champion the adoption of proactive risk management cultures, focusing on risk mitigation, occupational health and behavior-based safety. Ensure supervisors and managers are properly responding to hazards accident reporting and investigations. • Establish safety education and training for all employees to assure understanding of required process activities, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.• Ensure that Sysco Sacramento Inc. safety work methods and best practices are followed in compliance with Fed-OSHA, Cal-OSHA. Ensure all employees are trained on their responsibilities under the Sysco Sacramento Inc. IIPP.• Provide case management of all liability claims to include reporting, setting reserves, litigation and cost effective resolution emphasizing return to work. • Responsible for hazardous communication fleet notification and OSHA right to Know.
