  Developed a Windows program with C# and SQL to provide an in-house claims repricing system. Maintained an in-house customized CRM designated as Phone Tracking system written in VB.net. Reconfigured entire Avaya Definity Prologix PBX to provide more accurate reporting and better call handling throughout call center. Created a program for printing an individual claim from a HIPAA EDI 837D transaction allowing employees to be more productive. Developed system for comparing two disparate systems to perform eligibility updates from primary system using C# and accessing a MS SQL Server and an Oracle server. Maintained internal and external DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS, FTP and other proprietary systems. Implemented a transition from Novell Directory Services version 4.11 to Microsoft Active Directory Services throughout enterprise. Maintained SQL Servers versions 2000 through 2008 and an Oracle 8i through 11g servers. Maintained VERITAS backup server to provide data protection and disaster recovery for company’s systems. Instrumental in implementing a SharePoint intranet to increase company wide communication. Implemented Visual Source Safe and then moves to SVN to provide better accountability, increased organization, and increased maintainability to our in-house projects. Built a number of servers using off-the-shelf components that provided data storage and system speed comparable or exceeding primary vendors systems at a lower cost.
