  At Coventry University, I was one of a few students that volunteered to produce and submit an electric moped design concept for Lexmoto. This project included all of the stages of design from sketch work to final 3D modelling using Autodesk Alias and virtual reality software VRED. My design has been very well received by Lexmoto and was shortlisted for the favourite design.   A work experience placement working in the Chassis, Metal, Wood, Trim and Machine Departments.Chassis Shop: bolting chassis together, fitting the engine, rear axle, propshaft, bulkhead and brake components.Metal Shop: guillotine cutting and filing aluminum panels.Wood Shop: manufacture of wooden engine tank boards.Trim Shop: help make and fit the complete interior including; leather door pockets, manual pockets and hood pieces.Machine Shop: bolted brake and clutch pedals.
