The role covered all commercial aspects of life cycle delivery including, programming and delivery of capital replacements, procurement, and life cycle model production, as well as point of contact for all client and stakeholder groups. • Successfully delivered £2.2m capital replacement program on time and too budget within a 12 month period. • Developed a number of successful forward capital replacement models for tenders. • Wrote and developed an asset information system, which monitors and captures asset data. • Reviewed the various forms of PFI contract to highlight any forms of contract creep, liaising with all contract parties to reduce our risk of default and negotiate agreeable terms. • Developed and deployed a framework of processes to enable the standardisation of capital replacement programs across the entire estate, enabling superior financial control and monitoring of financial risk.
